Directions:

Option 1: Shake product for 3-5 minutes to remove separation that may have occurred. Use a generous amount and apply onto desired body area and leave on for at least 20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water and follow with the Hourglassed Body Oil. For optimal results use 3 times a week. Store in fridge.

Option 2: Shake product for 3-5 minutes to remove separation that may have occurred. Freeze for at least 24hr. Flip container upside down and run warm water over it until Snatchsicle slides out. Use frozen Snatchsicle on desired body areas as shown in our “Sculptery Self Sculpting” shown in our Instagram Tutorial. Leave cold product on for 15 minutes. Best to use in shower before turning on water to avoid mess. Rinse off with cool water. Do not eat anything heavy for at least 2 hours. Drink 2-3 liters a day for the next 3 days to promote the flushing process of toxins and broken down fat cells. Avoid hot teas, or liquids for at least 6 hours after usage.
